Leinders Sports Management is specialised in driver and race team management. Bas Leinders has worked the last 2 years as Sporting Manager at McLaren GT.

Thanks to his long experience in car racing Bas has gained enormous expertise, a former Formula One test driver, Bas Leinders was previously the Team Principal of the BMW Motorsport works supported team, Marc VDS Racing Team. In his  role at McLaren GT, Bas Leinders was the Sporting Manager, his goal was to optimise the organisation and to maximise the sporting results of the McLaren GT Customer teams around the world. 

In 2016, Bas acted as Team Manager for Customer Team Garage 59 where they clinched the Blancpain Endurance Driver’s and team’s Title in their first year of participation. 2017, Garage 59 ran 2 McLaren 570S GT4 cars in the British GT Championship, the team ended runner-up the Team's Championship.
